Add support for Sector Alarm home security to Homey.

Features:

• Set alarm state (armed/disarmed/partially armed).
• Use alarm state as trigger, condition or action in flows.

Instructions:

• Application settings
  • Please enter the login information for My Pages and alarm code.
  • SiteId does not need to be filled in, that field is set automatically at the first login.
• Then add your alarm as a device.
