Sector Alarm

Add support for Sector Alarm home security to Homey.

Features:

Set alarm state (armed/disarmed/partially armed).
Use alarm state as trigger, condition or action in flows.

Instructions:

Application settings
- Please enter the login information for My Pages and alarm code.
- SiteId does not need to be filled in, that field is set automatically at the first login.
Then add your alarm as a device.
