This is a development issue

Describe the issue

I just built the ZH exe with VS 2022, placed into a vanilla folder but it is not starting. Looking at the crash details I see:
Error parsing INI file 'Data\INI\Object\chemicalgeneral.ini' (Line: 'ObjectReskin Chem_GLAHoleCommandCenter Chem_GLAHole ')

The above ini file is a standard ZH one (not modded). However, the issue happens also in modded builds and appears to be caused by any ObjectReskin.

Steps to reproduce

Build with VS2022, move the exe to the ZH game directory and run.
