Dear yaru:

Hi, I am a surgeon in Southern China. Thanks for your great works“testSctpa and properTy".Now I have some Seurat object after normalizing, dimension reduction, clustering and renaming subtypes.

Due to my poor knowledge about scRNA analysis, I don't know how to perform your code. These codes need "counts" as input file which may lost the subtype information.
Could you tell me how to take Seurat object as input file? Thanks.
