php port modernization:

1. Can change template php code
2. Can use only $1 in PHP-code
3. Add grammar example
4. Fix error syntax error message didn't show
5. Fix bug when symbol = '0' at the end of string generate parse error
6. UTF-8 support at lexer regexp
7. Change generate exceptions for Lexer and Parser
8. UTF8 support when generates error messages.
9. RunTimeError - special error exception which is available from grammar code.
