Add an explicit list of dependencies and the steps to compile OpenGlucose from source.

Thanks for this fantastic program!!

In Fedora, due to permissions issues it will only works if you install first the program with sudo make install and then run the installed program with just opengluclose.

You could avoid the USB permission issue running the program with sudo but this will make impossible to run properly the javascript code. For this reason the program need to be installed and run with the normal user.

Hi! I'm on Ubuntu 16.04.2 LTS, and I've installed OpenGlucose following the Commits of LaurentClaessens!
Each time I launch the program with the device (Freestyle InsuLinx) connected (or even if I connect it after having launched the app), I get the following error:
** (openglucose:13417): WARNING **: Error preparing device: Error parsing result

What can be done? ;D
Thanks
L.
