In order to execute EliteRoadLoader.exe with paste functionality without crashing, put InputManager.dll into the same folder.
If the app crashes on launch, your machine is probably missing .NET Framework of version 4.5 or higher, which this release depends on.
I recommend using .NET 4.8.1, the latest version of .NET Framework.
