Change button offerings to direct user to pygeoapi pages.

I personally prefer to keep the map for fixed-land-stations

we could use this option for data other than 'surface-based-observations/synop'
in that case it would use something like:
window.open(${oapi}/collections/${topic}/items?f=html)

plus add sortBy and limit such that the default view should show the last X observations
