Hades 0.12.30 depends on hermes 0.12 series, that provides a new LMDB-based backend.

Simply build a file-based database using hermes, and then link to it to run a FHIR terminology server. You can have a FHIR server running in less than 10 minutes with no other dependencies apart from a filesystem.
