This pull request introduces a new validation script for social media plugins and a corresponding GitHub Actions workflow to automate the validation process.
It will validate the plugins and workflow file for the newly added plugin, create a new template for the README file after the plugin PR has been merged, based on the existing plugins, and automatically generate a new link if there are any manual changes to the README file template.
