This change corrects the issue where invalid dates are created between months and years.

I just installed version 0.8.0.18 from the auth-refactor branch and noticed that this code moved from the media.py file to the base_station.py file. A small change is needed for it to work in the newer version. Not sure how you want to handle this. Should I close this PR and open a new one with the changes needed for the auth-refactor branch? |

The Also; can you look in the ratls code, it might have the same issue. |

I created PR #182 for the auth-refactor branch. Also, I didn't see any of these date issues in the ratls code. |
