Off the shelf Hardware Integration

In order to streamline integrations of off-the-shelf hardware, as it may be the case for different controllers of Shelly or Sonnof, for example; Plugins may be developed to just create resources like devices, dashboards, endpoints, dashboards and any other interesting resource that may be used with the hardware.
