Removed PizzaBoy as a supported emulator since the application is no longer in development and lacks RAIntegration capabilities. It was already removed from the Downloads page, so updating the supported docs to align.
RetroAchievements#63) Date and Format Updates Updates a date for remember/recall rcheevos support release. Adds some formatting consistency for toolkit features.
Removed "(only available for full-devs)" from the Recommended but Not Required section. RP is a requirement for juniors as part of the code review process: https://docs.retroachievements.org/developer-docs/jr-dev-rules.html#code-review-requests
