Removed detailed information on copyright clearance and lists of links, which have been moved to separate how-to document; see separate PR on web repo.
I also added one line to the manual, in the section on oil painting and "oil painting like" art:
"AI generated art will not be approved, even if it appears to be in the correct style."
Feel free to delete of course but I thought it might be appropriate given recent discussions on the mailing list. If you do remove or edit it it should also be removed or edited in the section in the new how-to that quotes this portion of the manual.
