Note that this version does not have any programming changes from 2.14 other than the Win32 fix.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed a spelling error (#3)
• Made relative path mode on Win32 to work.
  On Win32 version, relative path mode option -l did not work properly. This issue is now fixed.
