The artifacts are uploaded after every commit to https://github.com/sirjuddington/SLADE/actions
After every release, it takes a while to compile, but they get uploaded automatically

This PR only deals with x64 and arm64 macOS, the other platforms are harder for me to implement
(also fixed the Linux dependecies error that has been occurring for a while)
