Description of the issue/feature this PR addresses
This Pull Request updates the configuration for ReadtheDocs, so the documentation is updated automatically every time a pull request is merged into 2.x. The documentation (for this branch) looks like this: https://senaitejsonapi.readthedocs.io/en/rtd/
Current behavior before PR
Builds of 2.x (latest) failed
Desired behavior after PR is merged
Builds do not fail and a proper rtd site is created
