Currently, if you want to use any GLSL features from 300 ES, you cannot specify the version, as the shader preprocessor adds lines before the specified GLSL code, and the #version string has to be the first line for it to work.

This PR adds a version optional property, that defaults to 300 es, with the same validation as the precision.
