Add appcleaner extension

Description

It's a simple extension that allows users to uninstall apps with AppCleaner or PearCleaner.

Yes, I know Raycast has built-in uninstaller, but it requires a lot of friction with everyday use and when uninstalling a lot of apps:

1. It requires me a reverse thinking, instead of: [uninstall] -> [find app]
   it requires: [find app] -> [uninstall]
2. There's an enormous amount of typing involved: find app -> open action panel -> find "uninstall" -> enter -> see the list, hit enter again -> see the confirmation popup, hit enter -> input password -> hit enter again -> done!
3. It requires entering password for every single app, which is extremely annoying.
4. It doesn't do what AppCleaner or PearCleaner do, which is monitor for app deletions and showing the popup window in such cases.
