Ran Isenberg is an AWS Serverless Hero, a Principal Software Architect at CyberArk, and a consultant specializing in Platform Engineering and Serverless.

With 15+ years of experience in software development and security, Ran has spent the last 5+ years designing and building customer-facing SaaS Serverless services, ensuring the highest production readiness and security standards.

Ran maintains a website - RanTheBuilder.cloud where he shares his knowledge and speaking sessions.

Ran contributed several utilities to the Powertools for AWS Lambda open-source project and maintains numerous serverless relate open-source projects on his GitHub account.

One of these projects is the AWS Lambda cookbook – a serverless service template that gets you started in the serverless world with all the best practices in seconds.

Another project is the aws-lambda-env-modeler, a Python library designed to simplify the process of managing and validating environment variables in your AWS Lambda functions.
