- fix stream for EP1 versions: should be vX.Y-1 and currently outputs vX.Y.Z-1 - return vX.(Y+).0-1.0 as the next branch version for a vX.Y.0-2.0 version
- remove duplicate flags for base branch (baseBranchFlag vs mainBranchFlag) - pass base branch for branch cut command - align for confirming if changes are local only
