Updated the adapter to use CCX2.19. The Makefile is adapted to use a version number as a variable. Furthermore, the flag USE_MT is added by default.

This is the first tagged release using the GitHub Releases. Most of the work here was done by @boris-martin.
Highlights:
-USE_MTto the Makefile, enabling multi-threading in SPOOLES (Update Makefile for parallel CalculiX simulation #34, implemented in Update to CalculiX 2.19 #78)
