NeurIPS Camera Ready

This release contains the state of the repository for the NeurIPS camera-ready / the v1 arXiv version of "Doob's Lagrangian: A Sample-Efficient Variational Approach to Transition Path Sampling".

We also provide the pre-computed results for the baselines because they take some time to compute.
