  2. doc: Improve "Getting tests" after enabling git_auto_update by default 

    * Mention the `git_auto_update` setting and related systemd unit
* Keep mentioning of `fetchneedles` because it can be useful to initially
  clone all required repositories upfront
* Add glossary entry for `needles` instead of trying to explain the term in
  "Getting tests"
* Split paragraph about getting openSUSE tests to general information is in
  its own paragraph
* Avoid code block for mentioning a single script
* Fix wrapping in paragraph about Fedora's tests
