This is the Github for the course Statistical Computation and Analysis. This is a 3rd year undergraduate course for Biomedical Engineers covering basic frequentist statistics upto multvariate ANOVA.
The notebooks in this folder are all meant to be used with Google's colab. If you prefer to work on your own laptop, there is a stats_env.yml file in the root directory which can create a conda environment with the appropriate packages installed.
