update README to run all the examples. #400

Objective
instruct how to run examples.
At first I couldn't understand how to run the examples. But the reason is just I didn't set api key at the beginning.
So I clearly add it to README so that everyone can quickly understand how to run examples.
Test
I confirmed all the test works well using $make tests , etc.
