Description of changes

The previous name of this NuGet package: "Microsoft.FluentUI.WebDriverIO.Appium.Deps", doesn't accurately reflect the contents of this package.

  1. It's not specific to FluentUI anymore. Other projects are taking a dependency on it.
  2. It's not specific to Microsoft tech. Both WebDriverIO and Appium are open-sourced.

Now the question is: Why does this live in the FURN repo now? Well, it shouldn't. I have a task to move this out of FURN within the next couple weeks. Until then, though, I'll start the name change now.
