Keyboard Manager

Steps to reproduce

Keyboard Manager -> Remap a Shortcut.

Shortcut Mapping:

Select: Win (Left) + Shift (Left) + F23
To: Send Key/Shortcut, Ctrl (Right)

First press of remapped co-pilot key does not do anything
On second press onwards, it works as a window switcher

✔️ Expected Behavior

The keyboard shortcut should work as per expected setting.

❌ Actual Behavior

The keyboard shortcut does not work on the first press. If you press second time onwards, it works as a window switcher between multiple open apps

same issue for me, shortcut remapping doesn't work at all, OS still sends an entire combination of LShift + Win + F23 but also adds RCtrl in the end now.

Same issue here (on a Asus ROG Zephyrus G16 laptop).

I'm still not able to get this to work. I use the right ctrl key often for Outlook quick action shortcuts....ie ctrl + shift + 1...9 for various quick actions like moving emails to folders and marking them read. I've deleted all remap keys and only have the one remap shortcut and it doesn't work.
