Display a folder containing many SVG files* as large icons. When the problem happens, the SVG thumbnail of the first item in the directory listing will not be rendered, and the default icon for the file type will be displayed for this file instead.

The problem happens more often when the directory is on OneDrive, but it also happens with local directories.

Another rendering problem that happens more often on OneDrive is that tiny thumbnails are rendered instead of thumbnails of the chosen size (Large).

I'm having issues with SVGs not rendering, PowerToys SVG rendering process taking up more CPU resources than I would like in task manager, and when I enter a specific folder with some recently made SVGs it breaks all icons in file explorer even after backing out of that folder. I have to restart the file explorer process to restore the icons but they'll just break again if I go in that one folder.

My SVGs are stored on a Google Drive instead of OneDrive though.

I think my issues might be relevant here. If not, I can make a new issue.
