Icon thumbnails for SVG files are black squares

Steps to reproduce

open file manager.

✔️ Expected Behavior

I expected the thumbnails to appear above the file names.

❌ Actual Behavior

I get black squares where the thumbnails should be. Doesn't matter what icon size I select from the view menu. The only option that seems to kinda work is "Content" but it starts with black squares and rebuilds the thumbnails. Every. Single. Time.

Going back to any other view option gets me black squares. Sometimes maybe one or two have a thumbnail. Pressint F5 makes all thumbnails go away, replaced with black squares.
