Overview

While using the module, someone might need to perform a certain action when x seconds have elapsed. I add a prop that receives a callback that it triggered every second. The callback will receive the elapsedTime value allowing the Component using this to make changes to itself depending on how many seconds have elapsed.

Test Plan

Create the timer and add an extra prop, onTimeChange, with a callback.
In that callback, make changes to the calling component based on the number of seconds elapsed. You could simply console.log the elapsedTime
