Add new setting for disabled feeds: Strikethrough

This add a new checkbox option labeled "Strikethrough disabled feed titles" to the user interface.
This feature will apply a strikethrough effect to the titles of disabled feeds in the feed list.

NB : This feature works seamlessly as a complementary addition to the other committed features, such as Custom color options and Hide Together, these options provide users with a comprehensive set of tools to customize and manage their feed list effectively, catering to different preferences and workflows.
