For anyone using wagtailstreamforms on Wagtail 5.3+, try this:

# requirements.txt
git+https://github.com/ammohq/[email protected]#egg=wagtailstreamforms

Or

pip install git+https://github.com/ammohq/[email protected]#egg=wagtailstreamforms
