Data analisys and visualisation of Zooniverse crowdsourcing tasks

This repository contains Jupyter notebooks to analyse Zooniverse crowdsourcing data.

Local set up

To run this project locally clone the repository and install Poetry.

Export data from Zooniverse as described in the Zoonyper documentation and store it in the data/0_raw directory.

Install the dependencies:

poetry install

Run the notebooks:

poetry run jupyter lab

Colab

Each notebook has a link to open directly in Colab.
