A set of tools used for managing large fleets in EVE Online
This is the core tool, it can be run on windows, linux and OS X, you run it against a Fleet chat log and it will count people x-ing up with 2-3 seconds of delay.
Usage: xcounter ~/EVE/logs/Chatlogs/Fleet_20141007_123654.txt
-- resets the count
x increases the count by one
