2.0

At long last, kc-repl 2.0 is out 🎉. Major new features:

• Support for Avro and Protobuf records
• Support for extending with new type handlers and loading dynamically
• Greatly enhanced Java main arg handling using a proper grammar instead of splitting on whitespace
• New demo videos recorded (and linked to README.md)

In addition, there are too many bug fixes to list.
