Infobip Inbox is a solution for embedding Infobip Conversations, a cloud contact center solution (CCaaS), into your web applications.
Currently, this embeddable solution supports only the agent experience, with a limited set of features, including:
- list of conversations
- conversation history (including message viewing and reply capabilities)
The solution is available in three formats:
- JavaScript SDK: A comprehensive toolkit written in JavaScript for integrating and managing Infobip Conversations.
- iFrame: User interface built upon SDK that utilizes <iframe> HTML element to embed Infobip Conversations into your web application.
- Web Component: User interface built upon SDK that utilizes Web Components APIs to embed Infobip Conversations into your web application.
