Onboarding
The Onboarding View is a central component of the onboarding module, which allows recruiters to manage the onboarding process for newly hired candidates. The view provides a way to organize candidates based on their onboarding stage, and provides an overview of all the tasks that need to be completed during the onboarding process.
Recruiters can use the Onboarding View to track the progress of each candidate and ensure that all necessary tasks are completed. They can also assign tasks to team members to ensure that everything stays on track.

- Stage create button : The "Stage Create" button on the onboarding view is a feature that allows users to create new stages for managing candidates in an onboarding process. With this button, users can easily create a new stage and define its stage manager.This functionality helps streamline the candidate management process by providing users with the ability to customize and organize candidate stages to fit their specific needs. Additionally, it provides an easy way for users to view all stages and candidates associated with each stage in one centralized location.
- Task create button : The onboarding task create button allows users to create and manage tasks associated with the onboarding process of new employees. With this feature, users can easily create new tasks, assign them to relevant team members, set due dates, and track progress towards completion. This functionality helps streamline the onboarding process by providing users with a centralized location for all onboarding tasks. It ensures that all necessary tasks are completed in a timely manner, minimizing the risk of important steps being overlooked or delayed.
- Actions : action drop-down that offers two options - "edit" and "delete". These options enable the user to modify or remove the onboarding stage, respectively. The edit option can be used to make changes to the information provided during the onboarding stage, while the delete option can be used to remove the entire onboarding stage from the view. These options give the user control over their onboarding process.
The candidate view in the onboarding system provides an overview of all the hired candidates and their relevant details such as joining date, recruitment source, email, and job position. This view enables the user to easily access the candidate information and track their progress throughout the onboarding process.
Additionally, the candidate view allows for single or multi-selection of candidates, which can be helpful for batch onboarding or mass communication purposes. Once the desired candidates have been selected, the user can trigger the onboarding process for those individuals directly from the view.

- Candidate create button : The candidate create button in the candidate view allows HR personnel to create a candidate profile within the onboarding module. This feature is useful in cases where the candidate's recruitment data is not already in the recruitment module. With this button, HR personnel can start the onboarding process for the candidate directly from the onboarding module.
- Trigger onboarding button : The candidate trigger onboarding button is a tool used to initiate the onboarding process for a new employee. Clicking the button sends an email with the onboarding portal to the candidate, which allows them to create their employee account. And, the candidate is directed to the onboarding view, where they can complete the first stage of their onboarding. From there, the HR team can manage the rest of the onboarding process for the candidate. This process streamlines the onboarding process, making it more efficient and effective for both the candidate and the HR team.
- User creation : Creating a user account with a strong password is crucial in ensuring the security of a user account. A strong password should be at least 12-14 characters long and include a combination of upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. It's also important to avoid using easily guessable information and to not use the same password for multiple accounts. Platform guidelines should be followed when creating a user account to ensure password strength.
- Profile view : In the onboarding portal, after a user creates an account, they can view their profile information which includes their name, email ID, job position, and profile image. The user can update their profile image as per their preference.
- Personal details creation : After a user creates their profile, they will be directed to a form where they can fill in their personal details. Once all the required information is entered successfully, an employee account will be created for the user.
- Bank detail creation : After creating an employee account, the employee will be directed to fill out a form with their bank details. This will save time for the HR department, as they won't need to collect this information manually.

Welcome Onboard : After filling out their bank details, the employee will be redirected to a welcome aboard message. From there, they will be directed to the employee dashboard, and the user onboarding portal will be completed.
