The org.holodeckb2b.bdxr.smp.datamodel.impl.IdentifierImpl(final String id) constructor now tries to parse the given string into a scheme ID and identifier value using the format «schemeID»::«id value»

In this release the interface to describe the SMP data model and a the classes to implement it have been split. Interfaces for identifier schemes and service groups have been added to make the model more complete.
