The package was upgraded to version 3.2.1 in the file. This change should fix the dependency conflict with and and allow the docker image to build correctly. Unfortunately, I was unable to confirm that tests pass because of a problem with the test execution environment.

This PR updates pylint to version 2.17.7 and astroid to 2.15.8. THis change should fix the container build problems we see for the timesketch-dev container.
