This PR updates pylint to version 2.17.7 and astroid to 2.15.8. THis change should fix the container build problems we see for the timesketch-dev container.

It also updates the .pylintrc file to a matching version.

Still TODO:

  • Fix all the stuff that changed with the new pylint config.

The  package was upgraded to version 3.2.1 in the  file.
This change should fix the dependency conflict with  and  and allow the docker image to build correctly.
Unfortunately, I was unable to confirm that tests pass because of a problem with the test execution environment.
