Claiming Vouchers

This page explains the process of claiming the voucher, along with important information and prerequisites. Please read this page carefully.
Please read and accept the Terms and Conditions for Golem Vouchers before you continue claiming your voucher. Continuing means that you have read and accepted the terms & conditions.
You can follow the instructions provided in the official handbook section to achieve this.
Once you join as a Requestor, you will be given a "technical" address like 0x46b10a05c37... automatically.
This address is going to be the one which you will use in the claiming process, and it is meant to be used only for the purpose of requesting work on the Golem Network.
For more details, read the Handbook section related to Using Golem on Mainnet, which explains how Golem makes use of this address and what are the recommendations regarding its use.
At this stage please remember that:
- GLM tokens are used to pay for the work to the Providers
- MATIC is used to pay transaction fees on the network (so that the GLMs reach the Providers)
Follow the instructions outlined in the Backing up your Golem wallet page of the Handbook to get this point done. Once you store your account's private key securely, we can proceed.
To claim the voucher, please reach out to [email protected] with:
- the 8-character code from the voucher
- and your Requestor address to which the tokens should be sent (
yagna id list).
Important:
- You should send only the address which is used by your Requestor node.
- DO NOT SEND addresses which belong to crypto-exchanges, as the tokens from the voucher should be used only for running your project on Golem.
You will be provided with tokens that you can use to develop your project on Golem using Polygon main network and leverage the power of the Providers.
