Motivation
It is desirable to be able to test against a BSC archive node but unfortunately the Alchemy / Infura keys do not have it enabled.
For this PR to be merged we will need to enable BSC on our Alchemy / Infura keys.
Solution
Added missing test for #9996, previously manually confirmed the fix works as intended.
