编译

编译docker镜像

github action

release.app.yaml 编译golang程序并发布到github release，方便使用者直接下载

release.images.yaml 编译golang程序并打包成docker镜像发布

程序和docker镜像同时发布amd64和arm64两个版本，并且程序有mac、linux、windows三个版本
