Update to add 2021 data to ranking history, minor bug fixes, and resolve CRAN documentation issues.

Bugfixes

  • Patch if all weeks are bye weeks as zero
  • Bump minimum nflreadr version to 1.2.0 because of data repo location change.
  • Reorganize repo to use github flow
  • typo corrections in custom simulations vignette
  • Redocument and fix spacing for CRAN issues
