Sync docs and metadata to sync with with problem-specifications

This PR updates the documentation and metadata for all exercises to align with the latest changes from the problem-specifications repository.

This was a standard sync with no additional changes except those made by Configlet to align with problem-specifications, so it shouldn’t be causing the test to fail. Could you let me know if something went wrong on my end?
