Basic protocols done, but all the combination ones will need entropyxyz/manul#60
Transition pain points:
possible_next_rounds()have default impl returningSelf::id() + 1?BTreeMapof payloads or artifacts to the map of typed ones, because we have to write that a lot. Should we pass a special wrapper instead of just BTreeMap?
