ocap kernel design experiment

features durable presences for remote objects via ExtRefController

features:

  • sturdy refs / sleepy instances (from vomkit)
  • intuitive "automatic persistence" devex
  • making child gems
  • cross-vat connections

TODO:

  • flatten gem class registry
  • gem class registry GC
  • many child vats, child to child obj refs
  • lazy child vat instantiation
