There were ~2,600 photos whose titles changed from the 2013 to 2024 CSV dumps. Most of these wind up being uninteresting, but some are corrections and some may have additional information.
I found some more non-NYC photos to filter out while doing this. This shrinks
images.ndjsonfrom 41567 → 41463 photos, a loss of 104.
