Added resource.json file to fix 'resource.json no such file or directory' error in build process. Updated Spark versions to match current Spark release.

Can we keep this using the old scheme? 2.1.1-1.1.0 when we start using semver for version it will sort better. E.g. 2.1.1-1.1.0 > 2.0.10-1.2.0 as oppose to 1.2.0-2.0.10 > 1.1.0-2.1.1 which I think is not what the user expects.

Why hasn't this been merged yet? We ware currently encountering the same problems. |
