Manpage sources have moved to asciidoc in doc/man/ and the generated manpages don't need to be checked into the repository. The Maklefile generates them when needed.

The Makefile generates them when needed.
This adds however a dependency on asciidoctor for being able to build the manpages.
Package maintainers need to update the build dependencies.
This is already a requirement for building the manpages of shards.
